SMS BANKING

SMS Banking service provides instant notification about account transactions as and when it happens. It helps you to keep a watch on your account during banking hours. Every debit or credit in your account is intimated by SMS. Now, with SMS Banking service, you are always in a position to detect unauthorized access to your account.

Additionally, SMS banking also helps you to know your balances and mini statements instantly by just sending an SMS.

The UTB SMS Banking service provides you information in two ways: Automatic Alerts and SMS Requests.

Automatic SMS Alert
You would automatically receive alerts on your registered mobile number for all the debit and credit transactions.

SMS Request

You can check your balance, go through the last three transactions, send stop cheque instruction by sending an SMS with the specified keyword. The key words information will be provided on registration.

You can request for the following:

  • Balance
  • Last three transactions
  • Customer Service telephone number
  • Cheque Book
  • Stop cheque payment

How to Apply

To register, download and complete the E-banking Application Form and submit to your local branch. Please sign the disclaimer and security portions of the form. If you are an existing customer and you leave abroad, please contact your local branch manager for further instruction.
